How do I return a gift?

Returns on gift purchases can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Exchanges are permitted for the gift recipient within 90 days of the initial purchase.

Simply print one of our Easy Return forms, fill it out (making sure to check the box stating it is a gift return), and enclose this with your return. If you are requesting an exchange that is a higher price than the product you are returning make sure to include another form of payment for the balance due. You can then use a Smart Post Return Label from our website for a fee of $6.95 or send the product back on your own.  Gift exchanges must be made within 90 days of the initial purchase.
