How long will it take to receive my exchanged item?

If you use our Prepaid Return Label to send back an item for an exchange, it generally takes 8-10 business days for your return to be received back at our facility. Once the return is received and processed, your exchange item will ship out and be expected to arrive in 4-7 business days from date of shipment. Please allow a few additional business days for processing.
