How long will it take to receive my exchanged item?

If you use our Prepaid Return Label to send back an item for an exchange, it generally takes 8-10 business days for your return to be received back at our facility. Once the return is received and processed, your exchanged item will ship out and arrive in 8-10 business days. Please allow a few additional business days for processing.
