How do I get a return form?

I'm so sorry to hear that your item did not meet your expectations!

You may return your new condition items (unwashed, unworn, and free from any odors, stains, hair, or signs of use) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund (issued back to the original payment method). (Extended returns for Christmas thru 1/31/26)

1. Print the Prepaid Return Label for the portal. There is a charge of $6.95 to utilize this label. Applicable taxes will apply.

2. Adhere the Return Label to your return package.

3. Simply drop the return package off at the correct carrier on your label. (i.e. USPS (Post Office) or FedEx location.
