Why is my promo code not working?

Here are a few quick things to check right away:
- Check for extra spaces: If you are copying and pasting the code, it's very easy to accidentally include a space before or after it. The system will see this as an incorrect code. We recommend typing the code directly into the promo code box at checkout.
- Codes are not case-sensitive: You don't need to worry about capital letters. If the code is advertised as
SAVE20, typingsave20will work just fine. - Apply at checkout: All codes must be entered in the designated promotional code box during the checkout process to be valid.
Understanding How Our Promotions Work
Sometimes, the code itself isn't the issue, but rather how the promotion is being applied. Here are two common scenarios:
1. Promotions Applied by a Link (Pre-Applied Discounts)
Occasionally, we run special promotions where the discount is automatically applied when you click a specific link from an email or advertisement.
- What you'll see: You will notice the discounted prices directly on the product pages as you shop.
- What happens at checkout: If you also enter the matching promo code at checkout, the cart may show a message like "successfully applied." However, your order total will not be discounted further because the discount was already included in the product prices.
- This is not an error in the system! We do this to make the shopping experience clearer, so you can see the deal price upfront.
2. Promotion Criteria & Expiration
Most promotions have specific rules. It's possible your order doesn't meet the criteria, or the promotion has ended. Common reasons include:
- The code has expired.
- The items in your cart do not qualify for the promotion (e.g., the deal is only for specific items, or it excludes sale items).
- The promotion requires a minimum purchase amount that hasn't been met.
